Teasing

Stressed woman with hands on ears surrounded by pointing fingers, illustrating pressure.

This teen testimony was submitted by Kayla from Canada.

Everybody at school thinks I’m fat. I’m a little overweight, but technically not fat. This kid called me it twice. I cry all the time thinking I’m depressed, and some girls in my school seriously need some help. Two have anorexia, and one may be depressed. I’m only in grade 6!

Hi, Precious Kayla

Hi Kayla, read your post and just wanted to say first off you are PRECIOUS!!!

Don’t let the name calling bother you one bit – love yourself – enjoy sixth grade – enjoy baby girl being Kayla!!!

The LORD loves you precious – please continue to pray to Him, talk things over with your parents and know that you are a wonderful, awesome, beautiful child of God – okay?

Forgive your classmates too!

God bless you Kayla, keep letting us know how you’re doing!

You Are Special

God loves you.

The kid that called you this has a deep issue in their heart that needs addressed. You are NOT the problem at all. Your are worthy, a princess in God’s eye’s. He sees you as his bride. God made you VERY special, you are a CHILD of God.

Satan is here to put lies into our minds, he wants to destroy us so that we can’t be used by God. God has a plan for you & has so many blessings to put on your life everyday.

Try writing out God’s Word on cards & take them to school with you. Say these to yourself throughout your day at school. The more you do this you’ll notice God will bless you & Satan will leave you alone.

You are beautiful, inside & out.
